Refund & Return Policy

At Create Signs, every sign is made with care, whether it’s a  neon sign or a business sign. Because most of our products are customised to your specifications, certain limitations apply to refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. All Sales Are Final

Each of our products is custom-made to your specifications, meaning all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all details carefully — including design, size, color, and specifications — before confirming your order.

2. Replacement Guarantee (3 Years)

We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every sign we produce.
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 3 years of delivery, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacements cover:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage sustained during shipping

Note: The warranty becomes void if the sign, power supply, or wiring has been tampered with, modified, or incorrectly installed.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation, mishandling, or negligence
  • Using indoor signs outdoors
  • Water, weather, chemical, or ice exposure
  • Accidents, theft, or third-party damage
  • Extreme temperatures (below –40°C or above 60°C)

4. Cancellation Policy

Once your design is approved, production begins within 24 hours, and because each product is custom-made, no refunds are available once production has started.

If you request a cancellation before production begins, CreateSigns will issue a refund minus the following fees:

  • A $30 design fee, and
  • A 5% processing charge to cover transaction and administrative costs.

5. Need Help?

If you have any questions about your warranty, a damaged item, or need help with an order, our support team is here to assist you.

If our third-party courier fails to deliver your package(s) due to their own negligence, or if your items are lost or damaged in transit, Create Signs will reproduce your order and arrange a new shipment at no additional cost.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, Create Signs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you’re entitled to a free replacement under our warranty.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect items, retain the sign(s), note the issue on the delivery receipt, and take clear photo evidence. Then contact us at 📧 inquiry@createsigns.com with your order details and photos so we can review and assist promptly.

⚠️ Please note:

Minor differences in color, brightness, size, or finish may occur due to variations in materials, lighting, or digital display settings. These are considered normal and are not classified as faults.

A signed delivery receipt without any notation of damage or missing items will be taken as confirmation that the order was received in good condition.
