1. Pricing and Quotes

Quotes
All quotes are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Changes to design, materials, or specifications may affect pricing, which will be reflected in an updated quote. A quote becomes binding once you approve it and make payment.

Pricing
The total price payable for your order, including delivery, is shown on your invoice. We reserve the right to adjust prices if material or shipping costs change, and we’ll notify you before proceeding.

2. Custom Orders

1. Payment and Order Confirmation
   Full payment is required before production begins. In some cases, a 50% deposit may be accepted at our discretion, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Once payment (or deposit) is received and the design is approved, a legally binding agreement is formed between you and Create Signs.
2. Design and Approval
   All custom designs are confirmed through a proof or mockup before production. It is your responsibility to check all details carefully before approving. Once production has started, changes are not possible and refunds are not available.
3. Variations
   Every sign is custom-made. Minor differences in color, finish, or size (within reasonable tolerances) may occur due to the handmade process and materials used. These are not considered faults.
4. Copyright and Artwork
   You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logo, or text you provide does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or third-party rights.
5. Our Designs
   Any designs created by Create Signs remain our intellectual property and cannot be used, reproduced, or modified without our written consent.
6. Portfolio Use
   We may feature photos of completed signs in our online or offline marketing materials. If you prefer your design not to be shared, please let us know before production begins.

3. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

1. Returns and Refunds
   As all signs are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or design preference.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
   If your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the sign, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement under warranty.
3. Cancellations
   Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been made and production has begun.

4. Production and Delivery

1. Lead Times
   Typical production time is 7–15 business days, depending on the design and order size. Larger or bulk orders may take longer.
2. Delivery
   We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as DHL and FedEx. Shipping time varies by destination. You’ll receive tracking updates by both email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delays
   We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or supply shortages).
4. Risk and Handling
   All shipments are insured until delivery. Any damage that occurs after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Installation

Each order includes mounting instructions and hardware.
Some signs are plug and play and can be self-installed, while others requiring hard wiring must be installed by a licensed electrician or professional.
Improper installation or damage caused during installation is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered under warranty.
You can specify your preferred installation method when submitting your inquiry.

6. Warranty

1. Coverage
   All Create Signs products come with a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
   The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper installation, misuse, mishandling, electrical surges, exposure to moisture, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Claims
   If an issue arises under warranty, we will provide a replacement at no cost, including shipping. Refunds are not offered.
3. Limitations
   We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, or indirect damages arising from delays, delivery errors, or defects.

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All intellectual property related to our designs, manufacturing methods, and brand materials remains the property of Create Signs.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or modify our designs without written permission.
All client information provided is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Wyoming.
All communication and documentation relating to your order will be in English.
If translated, the English version will prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
