Warranty Coverage
All CreateSigns products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
⚠️ Important:
For signs that require professional installation (such as hardwired channel letters or wall-mounted displays), the warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or third-party modifications.
To maintain warranty coverage, please ensure installation is performed by a qualified electrician or signage professional.
Damage During Shipping
If your sign arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To process a shipping damage claim, please provide:
- Clear photos and videos showing the condition of the sign
- Photos of the packaging, including any visible damage
- A clear image of the shipping label
Our team will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
Replacement Policy
If your sign develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we’ll provide a replacement part or unit at no additional cost.
To process your claim, we require:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
All claims are reviewed case-by-case at the discretion of CreateSigns.com.
Wrong or Incorrect Order
If you receive the wrong size, color, or design due to our error, we will remake and ship the correct sign free of charge.
⚠️ Please note: Slight color variations may occur between product images and real-life neon lighting. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Exclusions – What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents
- Exposure of indoor signs to outdoor conditions
- Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
- Damage resulting from natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or hurricanes
- Signs exposed to hazardous, corrosive, or radioactive environments
- Normal wear and tear or natural aging effects over time
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Exchanges
Because each sign is custom-made to order, we do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect measurements, colors, or specifications provided by the customer
