Production & Lead Times
Our signs are custom-made to order. Average lead times depend on the type of product and shipping method:
Neon Flex Signs

- Free Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days total
- Express Shipping (+$50): 10–15 business days total
Channel Letter Signs & Lightboxes

- Free Shipping: 2–3 weeks total
Please note: For oversized, complex, or bulk orders, total lead time may extend up to 6 weeks.
Shipping Details
- All orders are shipped via trusted courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
- A signature may be required upon delivery for security and insurance purposes.
- Delivery is typically attempted up to three (3) times before being returned to the courier facility. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

We proudly ship worldwide through reliable logistics partners.
PO Boxes cannot be used for delivery addresses. If a PO Box is entered, we’ll contact you for an updated address to avoid delays.
Delivery times may vary depending on local courier schedules and customs clearance procedures.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever applicable. This means that any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are already included in your order total you won’t face any unexpected charges upon delivery.
We handle all customs clearance and documentation to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience for every customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number by both email and SMS. You can also log in to your CreateSigns account anytime to view your order status and see live tracking updates.
Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking details to appear.
Additional Notes
- Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons.
- All shipments are fully insured against theft or accidental damage during transit.
- If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- To help us assess and process your claim, please include clear photos and videos showing the condition of the sign, the packaging, and the shipping label.
- CreateSigns.com is not responsible for refunds or replacements if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to contact the recipient however, we’ll gladly help arrange re-shipment.
