CreateSigns makes every sign to order. Each piece is custom-built based on your approved design and details. The following policy explains how we handle quotes, orders, reviews, and cancellations.
I. Order Policy
1. Quotation Validity
All price quotes from CreateSigns are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
After that period, prices may be updated if material costs, shipping rates, or production timelines change.
Any adjustments will be communicated to you before we proceed with your order.
2. Production & Shipping Time
Production begins after full payment or deposit is received and your design mockup is approved.
Typical lead times (production + shipping) are as follows:
- Neon Flex Signs
- Free Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days total
- Express Shipping (+$50): 10–15 business days total
- (Production time only: usually 2–5 business days)
- Channel Letter Signs & Lightboxes
- Free Standard Shipping: 2–3 weeks total
- (Production time only: usually 10–15 business days)
Please note: For oversized, complex, or bulk orders, total lead time may extend up to 6 weeks.
Rush order fees are non-refundable if delays occur due to late payment or late mockup confirmation.
To keep your order on schedule, please confirm your design and make payment promptly.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once CreateSigns receives your payment and design approval.
You can confirm your order by paying the full amount or by sending a 50% deposit.
Production will begin only after both are received.
4. Free Design Adjustments
Before production, you’ll receive a digital mockup for review and approval.
You can request edits such as changes to size, color, layout, or LED tone at no extra cost during this stage.
Please double-check all details — including dimensions, LED color, finish, and mounting method — before final confirmation.
If a small revision is needed within 24 hours after approval, we’ll make it for free.
After that, production begins and any further changes may incur additional costs.
5. Design Change Fee
Changes requested more than one day after design approval will incur a minimum fee of 10% of the total order value.
This covers materials and labor already used during production.
II. Cancellation Policy
Once your design is approved, production starts immediately — and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
If you cancel before production begins, CreateSigns will issue a refund minus:
- A $30 design fee, and
- A 5% processing charge to cover transaction and administrative costs.

III. Product Review Policy
1. Review Period
Before shipment, we’ll send a video preview of your finished sign.
You’ll have 24 hours to review it, confirm your shipping address, and share any feedback.
The final product will be produced according to your approved mockup.
Please note that minor differences may occur due to factors such as:
- Slight color variations between digital screens and real-life lighting,
- Natural differences in LED brightness or tone, or
- Small variations from handcrafted assembly processes.
These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refund or remake.
If you notice a significant discrepancy (such as incorrect size, spelling, color, or design), please contact us within the review period so we can correct it before shipping.
Every sign is carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure consistent quality and performance.
2. No Response
If we do not receive feedback within 24 hours after sending the preview, your order will be packaged and shipped to the confirmed address.
3. Late Change Requests
Any request made after the review period or that differs from the approved design may include an additional fee based on the required changes.
